We are an exclusive independent Estate Agency, specialising in Residential Lettings. We are situated in the TOWN CENTRE, near to the STATION at the junction of LYON STREET WEST and SPENCER STREET. (See Map in Contacts)) We were established in 1991 and moved to this location in December 2004.

Our proprietor, Robert Ainscow, has over 30 years experience in Estate Agency. He is a Landlord himself and is well aware of the prime importance of care and attention to detail. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, was formerly Chairman of the Bognor Regis and District Estate Agents Association in 1995 -1997, and was for five years the Vice Chairman of the Arun Branch of the Southern Private Landlords Association. He is also a member of the National Landlords Association. He has lived locally with his family for 21 years.
